Full-time JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Follow technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs on MEP systems.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Report on progress, technical issues, and requirements to the site supervisor or project manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems. Preferred experience in cooling plant.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and manuals effectively.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and standards in MEP works.
- Physically fit to work on-site and handle tools and equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial MEP systems.
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and best practices for MEP installations and maintenance.
