Full-time JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various projects.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
- Utilize relevant software to develop accurate models and designs (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP design and implementation challenges.
- Stay updated with advancements in MEP technology, materials, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and managing MEP projects. Preferred knowledge in cooling plant.
- Proficiency in MEP-related software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage project timelines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications related to MEP (e.g., LEED, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
