We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. If you are passionate about technology and have a flair for sales, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT products and services.
Generate leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and sales activities.
Follow up with potential customers via phone and email to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or objections promptly.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Experience in IT sales or knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade and influence others.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
