Full-time JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage MEP installations on-site, ensuring all work is performed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor daily site activities and allocate tasks to the workforce effectively.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations during installation and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth progress of MEP works.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and labor utilization.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for MEP systems.
- Report project updates, challenges, and milestones to the project management team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Previous supervisory experience in MEP projects. Preferred experience in cooling plant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues effectively and efficiently.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, installation processes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial MEP installations.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and quality management practices on construction sites.
